Junior Software Developer

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Junior Software Developer to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on a team of three developers working to enhance the Tracking Repository for Incoming Orders application.
  • Write code, develop features, and maintain the application.
  • Address user issues, fix bugs, and improve system performance.
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools and systems that detect potential issues before they lead to outages, ensuring system stability.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment.
  • Manage and update Docker containers to ensure efficient application deployment and scaling and to streamline the development process.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, whether related to code, infrastructure, or data, to maintain system functionality.
  • Implement best practices for data security and integrity to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings, and adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a collaborative, iterative development process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering. Seven (7) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working with front-end technologies, including JavaScript.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience developing and updating technical documentation.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL.

  • Experience with Vite.
