Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing team!
You will join our ICAM team to build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling that enable our development teams to deliver reliable software efficiently. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Elasticsearch, containerization, monitoring, and automation, and is comfortable working alongside systems engineers, software engineers, and security teams while owning DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Elasticsearch, containerization, monitoring, and automation, and is comfortable working alongside systems engineers, software engineers, and security teams while owning DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10)+ years of systems engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical discipline
- An additional five (5) years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
- Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management
- Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts for application deployment and configuration
- Experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Infrastructure-as-code and automation experience using Ansible
- Understanding of scalability and high-availability strategies for deployments across multiple service centers, such as availability zones
- Experience with PKI and certificate-based authentication
- Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architecture
- Experience managing Elasticsearch clusters, Logstash pipelines, and Kibana dashboards, with a focus on cluster performance and data ingestion
- Experience supporting systems using MongoDB
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating with software developers, test engineers, and system administrators
- Ability to lead technical discussions and brief both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing program review materials
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
