Agile Developer III
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Agile Developer III to join our team!
The Work:
Analyzes system requirements, concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures; prepares for and conducts data collection and analysis; and reports status and results. Supports development of Government test and evaluation documentation (T&E Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports). Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration and provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

Basic Qualifications:
- Nine (9) years experience as a Tester in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university (or seven (7) years with a Master’s degree)
- An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years
- Cucumber/Gherkin
- Playwright
- JMeter
- Swagger (or similar API tool)
- Selenium, Cypress
- 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)
