Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer III to join our growing team!

We are seeking a backend software engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying containerized solutions on AWS, developing full-stack web applications, and providing technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university 
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity 
  • Twenty-four (24) years of development experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree

Required:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • Git
  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • HAProxy
  • Nginx
  • Node.js
  • Angular
  • React
  • NoSQL databases
  • Relational databases
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience including design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions
• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
• Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance
