System Administrator
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our growing team!
You will provide system administration support for the development and production environments of a mission-critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) system. Responsibilities include creating, configuring, and deploying Docker containers into Kubernetes clusters, and coordinating with multiple development teams to integrate web applications, web services, databases, and directories in order to provide and maintain fully operational, highly available enterprise-level services. The role also includes monitoring operational services and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of system administration experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- An additional four (4) years of system administration experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of eleven (11) years
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
- Linux (CentOS, Red Hat)
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Harbor
- Directories (LDAP and/or Active Directory)
- Application servers (JBoss)
- AWS cloud computing services (VPC, EC2, AWS CLI, S3)
- Cloud automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Configuration and maintenance of virtual machines (vCenter/VMware)
- PKI experience (e.g., X.509, general certificate management processes, and certificate lifecycle management)
- Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- OS and software application patching (e.g., IAVA, version updates)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Networking, load balancing, and proxies
- Databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB)
- Attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide after-hours call-in support
- Ability to obtain privileged access
