Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Technical/Functional Expert in High-Performance Computing to join our growing team!
The HPC Technical/Functional Expert provides senior-level architectural guidance, performance tuning, and lifecycle leadership for large-scale high-performance computing clusters and the workloads that run on them.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of relevant HPC engineering or administration experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Technical Discipline
- An additional five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years
- IAT II baseline certification (e.g., CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP)
- Linux+ (or equivalent: RHCSA/RHCE/RHCA, LPI Linux Essentials, LFCS, or Oracle Linux OCP) within 6 months of start
Required:
- Deep expertise in HPC cluster architecture, schedulers, and parallel file systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead design and performance-tuning efforts at scale
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (within the last 7 years)
Desired Skills:
- SLURM, PBS, or other workload-manager experience
- Parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS/Spectrum Scale, BeeGFS)
- MPI, OpenMP, GPU computing, and HPC interconnect technologies (InfiniBand, RoCE)
- Performance benchmarking, telemetry, and capacity planning at scale
