Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer 0 to join our growing team!
The ClassifyIT team is seeking a system engineer to work with a team of developers implementing new capabilities for the current classification marking tool and the tooling behind Microsoft 365 web-based applications. The role documents the full lifecycle design, development, and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics, and suits someone technical who enjoys troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and documenting how a tool actually works.

The role documents the full lifecycle design, development, and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics, and suits someone technical who enjoys troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and documenting how a tool actually works.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of systems engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- An additional five (5) years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of eight (8) years
- Experience generating standard systems engineering and test documents
- Excellent written skills and experience generating program and process documentation
- Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with wikis
- Experience with AWS, including the ability to navigate AWS dashboards and services
- Experience working collaboratively with a team of developers, contractors, and the Government
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
- Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
- Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
- Triage user issues
- Track and respond to user issues and questions
- Establish internal schedules and milestones
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly status in a timely manner
- Document processes and provide deliverables to the Government
- Provide meeting minutes
- Ability to test new configurations and software releases
- Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
- Track and report testing results
- Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
- Contribute content for the development of high-level documentation and guides
- Strong time management skills
