System Engineer IV
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team!
Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases (Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement) across the process areas defined by ISO/IEC 15288. Interacts with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and associated deliverables.

Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and associated deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED plus fourteen (14) years; OR a Master's degree plus eight (8) years; OR a PhD plus eight (8) years
Required Skills:
- Maintain and produce documentation including slide decks, standard operating procedures, project overviews, and dataflow/architecture
- Maintain online documentation — archive out-of-date pages and ensure current pages remain accurate
- Stay current and maintain capabilities compliance
- Run Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings
- Assist the user helpdesk by handling access requests and bug reports, and communicate with developer leads on feature requests
- Facilitate release end-user testing
- Facilitate status reports
Clearance:
- TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
