Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team! 

The KMC Analytics team is starting a new, ground-up capability to design and develop an Entity Resolution solution leveraging AI/ML tools. We are sourcing a Data Scientist to join the team and spearhead this effort. The Data Scientist will be responsible for:

• Characterize and understand the entity data
• Determine if data standardization or normalization is required
• Evaluate various AI/ML approaches to performing entity resolution
• Determine the appropriate tools and models to leverage
• Design and prototype the end-to-end solution
• Evaluate the prototype output and performance
• Help with the eventual productization of the entity resolution solution

Ideal Experience:

• Developing software using Java, Python, GoLang, or similar languages
• Working with and evaluating large data sets
• Developing data ingest and processing pipelines
• Working with and evaluating embedder/encoder models
• Developing feature vectors and working with vector databases such as Qdrant
• Working with software development teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or computer science)
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in two or more of: machine learning, data mining, advanced analytical algorithms, advanced statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, or software engineering with data-analysis software (R, Python, SAS, MATLAB)
  • A Master’s degree substitutes for two (2) years (total 8); a Doctoral degree substitutes for four (4) years (total 6); four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
