Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team! 

Specifically, the ANSWERLAKE team is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and operation of ANSWERLAKE, a backend system that provides compliant storage and access for analytic results and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that support enterprise outcomes. We are also open to interviewing new graduates who have part of the skillset below.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Required:

• Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments
• Proven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent collaboration skills with both technical team members and mission stakeholders
• Solid documentation and tracking skills using enterprise tools; experience working with ISSO/ISSE on SSP documentation
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needs

Desired:

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
• Familiarity with Rancher, Helm, and advanced Kubernetes features
• Working knowledge of observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Grafana
• Security+ (CWIP) or equivalent certification preferred
