Software Engineer III
Fort Meade, MDReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer III to join our team!
As part of the GHOSTGEM mission, the Software Engineer will develop, sustain, and troubleshoot GHOSTGEM's software suite of applications while delivering new capabilities as mission needs arise. The role spans implementation, testing, and integration with COTS and FOSS products, packages, and libraries, and requires a demonstrated command of the full software development life cycle.
Qualifications:

The role spans implementation, testing, and integration with COTS and FOSS products, packages, and libraries, and requires a demonstrated command of the full software development life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR
- 9 years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python
- Recent software development experience using Java
- Experience developing with the Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Data and Spring Integration
- Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd
- Experience with container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes
- Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services in a Kubernetes environment
- Familiar with Messaging Frameworks such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
- Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as Bamboo and GitLab CI
- Familiar with IaC principles, methodologies, and tools including Ansible
- Experience using Git Source Control System
Desired Skills + Experience
- Familiar with Log Aggregation and Management systems such as Loki
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
