Reflexive Concepts is seeking an AI/ML Engineer III to join our team! 

This role supports the VISTA MT&E mission, applying advanced machine learning to large-scale mission data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select appropriate data sets and perform statistical analysis
• Research, implement, and tune a broad range of AI and ML algorithms and tools
• Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to mission data
• Build and operate MLOps pipelines to train, deploy, monitor, and retrain models at scale
• Transform and convert data science prototypes into scalable production solutions
• Oversee test and evaluation of AI and ML algorithms through an iterative design process to meet verification and validation requirements
• Design or select appropriate data and knowledge representation methods
• Verify data and model output quality and identify differences in data distribution that affect model performance
• Provide system integration oversight

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph (in-scope, within 7 years)
• Ten (10) years experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning from an accredited college or university.
  • 5 additional years of machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree.
• Experience with standard machine learning frameworks, e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated background in natural language processing (NLP) and MLOps.
