Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our team!
The Systems Engineer serves as the technical lead for planning, deploying, and documenting the Delinea Tools Suite across the organization's Linux environments. This role translates security and operational requirements into effective privileged access and secrets management solutions, designs deployment strategies, ensures alignment with the mission's architecture, and maintains comprehensive documentation to support sustainment, audits, and future expansion.
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
Twenty (20) years' experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university OR five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Required Skills + Experience:
Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Suite of Tools
Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python to automate manual processes
Experience performing basic System Administration including installation, configuration, and support of COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in a large-scale environment
Strong Linux systems engineering background (e.g., RHEL, Rocky, CentOS, Ubuntu)
Hands-on experience planning or deploying at least one Delinea product (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, DevOps Secrets Vault, or related tools)
Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate documentation for architecture, configuration, and operational processes
Familiar with identity and access management concepts, PAM solutions, least-privilege principles, and secure configuration guidelines
Familiar with integrating Linux systems with authentication and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, FreeIPA)
Strong problem-solving skills related to enterprise systems, authentication pipelines, and service-level troubleshooting
Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools such as Ansible and SaltStack
Familiar with API-driven integrations and secrets management in CI/CD workflows
Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, and associated secret-handling patterns
Desired Skills + Experience
Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience in cybersecurity engineering roles or working within compliance-driven environments (STIGs, NIST, ISO, etc.)
