Information Systems Security Engineer II
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Engineer (Level 2) to join our growing team!
You will serve as a senior security engineering representative on mission HPC engineering teams, designing and validating secure computing and enclave environments and driving Assessment and Authorization under the Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications:
You will serve as a senior security engineering representative on mission HPC engineering teams, designing and validating secure computing and enclave environments and driving Assessment and Authorization under the Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications:
- Twelve (12) years of ISSE experience on programs of similar scope, including recent experience (within five years) with access control, identification and authentication, PKI, and network/enterprise security architecture
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field
- An additional four (4) years of ISSE experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Sixteen (16) years
- RMF process and RMF tools: LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STE
- Compliance and configuration scanning tools
- NIST SP 800-53r3 and/or r5; NIST SP 800-37
- Hands-on Assessment and Authorization, security control traceability, boundary definition, artifacts and body of evidence, STIG implementation, false-positive validation, patch management, and technical validation
- DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification (with verification code)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)
- Designing systems that span multiple enclaves with differing data protection/classification requirements
- Cross domain solutions, COTS/GOTS cryptography, and intrusion detection
- Continuous monitoring program experience
- Strong collaboration with system administrators and system owners
