Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will be a backend developer with hands-on software development experience in Java, C++, or Python with AWS, a strong background in software testing and quality control, and proficiency working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university 
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity 
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Required:

• Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components 
• Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation 
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment 
• Experience using Jira and Confluence 
• Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software 
• Experience with the following software development skills: 
  • Git 
  • Java, C++, Python 
  • Relational database, such as Postgres 
  • SQL 
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
