Software Engineer III
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team!
Specifically, we are looking for a senior engineer with experience in Python, Kotlin/Java, Terraform, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch and AWS. The role covers the full development lifecycle: deriving design and performance specifications from user requirements, designing and modifying complex software systems, building complex algorithms and data repository interfaces that hold to strict timing and resource constraints, integrating work into existing systems and operating environments, and developing and executing test procedures.
As a Level 3 engineer, you will also serve as technical lead across one or more development teams — selecting the development process in coordination with the customer and systems engineering, delegating programming and testing work, owning quality control for all delivered software, and conferring with users, systems engineers, and hardware engineers to shape requirements and recommend new technologies.

Qualifications:
- Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
