Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our growing team!

Specifically, we are looking for a Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure specialist with deep expertise in secure environment deployments and compliance-driven sustainment, who excels at cross-functional collaboration and maintaining rigorous documentation in support of mission stakeholders and ISSO/ISSE security processes.

Qualifications:

• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity  
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

• Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments
• Proven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent collaboration skills with both technical team members and mission stakeholders
• Solid documentation and tracking skills using enterprise tools; Experience working with ISSO/ISSE on SSP documentation
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needs

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
• Familiarity with Rancher, Helm, and advanced Kubernetes features
• Working knowledge of observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Grafana
• Security+ (CWIP) or equivalent certification preferred
