Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our growing team!

Work alongside a team of ICAM Zero Trust engineers to perform unit and system integration testing of productized ICAM solutions, including UX/UI performance testing. Coordinate with development and systems engineers, develop test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional/regression/deployment tests, and produce reports and metrics on each test activity.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of Software Engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
  • An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of nine (9) years

Desired Skills:

• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Ability to solve complex system/integration problems
• Experience briefing senior-level management
• Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis and allocation, system requirement reviews, and developing CONOPS and system architectures
• Automated workflows (backend, plus automation for front-end testing)
• Familiarity with ICAM standards and mandates (NIST 800-63-3, FIPS 201-2, etc.)
• Encryption and PKI
• AWS / Azure security functions (e.g., Azure Security Center)
• 508 testing knowledge/skills
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA
• Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO, and CUI standards
