Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Engineer to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will have a range of relevant experience, including RMF & RMF tools, such as LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, and STE. They will understand the full RMF process, Authority to Operate, Security, Controls, Continuous Monitoring processes, and more. 

Qualifications:

• B.S. in a technical discipline and 7 years’ experience as an ISSO in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
  • 4 additional years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

Requirements:

• Technical Skills : RMF & RMF tools such as LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STE
• Scanning tools (Compliance and Configuration), NIST SP 800-53r3 and/or 5, NIST 800-37
• Understanding of the full RMF Process , Authority to Operate, Security Controls, Continuous Monitoring processes
• Hands-On experience with Assessment and Authorization, Security Control Traceability, Boundary Definition, Artifacts and body of evidence, STIG implementation, False Positive Validation, Patch Management, Technical Validation
