Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team!

Specifically, we are looking for a software engineer with hands-on experience using the Linux CLI and its suite of tools, along with a strong background in creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex operational data flows. The ideal candidate will have practical experience using Apache NiFi to process and distribute data, and familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

                                                                                      OR

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

                                                                                     OR

• Nine (9) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Required: 

• Experience using the Linux CLI and suite of tools
• Experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex operational data flows
• Experience using Apache NiFi canvas to process and distribute data
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools including Ansible
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

Desired: 

• General HPC technical knowledge regarding compute, network, memory, and storage components
• Experience with Corporate data flow processes and tools
• Experience with Corporate data security and compliance procedures and policies
• Experience writing scripts using Bash/Python
