Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer to join our team!

Specifically, we are looking for an engineer with extensive Linux CLI and Linux tools experience, who is skilled in developing Bash/Python scripts, has a foundational knowledge of DevOps Tooling, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment

• Five (5) years full-time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience 

• An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute as one (1) year experience
• A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
• Experience developing Bash/Python scripts to automate manual processes
• Proficient performing Linux System Administration
• Experience installing, configuring, and sustaining COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in a Linux environment
• Foundational knowledge of DevOps Tooling (e.g., CI/CD, Git)
• Experience with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem (NiFi, HDFS, Map/Reduce)
• Experience with installing, configuring, and sustaining multiple NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Accumulo
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman, containerd)
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Salt, Puppet)
• Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana)

Desired:

• Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• AWS Cloud experience
