Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer III to join our team!
The System Engineer will be responsible for consolidating multiple Jira Service Desk instances and creating a unified, user-friendly customer service desk to enhance the HPC organization’s service management capabilities and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Required:
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
- Extensive experience with Jira Service Desk configuration, administration, and customization
- Proficient in UI/UX design and development using relevant tools and frameworks
- Experience with API integration and scripting (Bash, Python)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

- Familiar with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools
- Experience with Git Source Control System
