Software Integration Engineer II
Annapolis Junction, MarylandReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer to join our team!
This task provides High Performance Computing (HPC) support in the form of HPC-enhanced sustainment capabilities. These capabilities include Multi-vendor HPC servers, clusters, and SPD servers. Systems running Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE, and custom vendor-specific operating systems and system tools, this also includes storage dedicated and shared over InfiniBand and Ethernet. Capabilities also include High-speed shared parallel storage that utilizes LUSTRE or GPFS to provide a performant shared storage solution between two or more HPCs. An Interconnect service integrates HPC systems via a dedicated high-speed network that connects several storage appliances to dedicated HPC LNETs. You will provide customer support for HPC software to enable High Performance Computers to continue operating and support the range of UNIX, Linux, Windows Systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission.

Qualifications:
- 6 years’ demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment, in addition to related degree
- 5 additional years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Requirements:
- Proficient with the following (as specific position requires):
- Provide customer support for HPC software to enable High Performance Computers to continue to run in operations, and support the range of UNIX, LINUX, Windows Systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission.
- Proficient with the following:
- Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, Ubuntu [new])
- System Administration focused tasking
- Python, C, Bash
- Thruk dashboards fed by Nagios plugins. Also manage feeds to corporate Splunk dashboards
- Salt and Ansible for automation
- Prometheus for metrics – moving toward additional customized Grafana dashboards
- Gitbucket
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slurm
- DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required
