Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our team!
Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) and Rancher.
Able to maintain the K8S clusters in all environments, conduct technical research to improve cluster management, troubleshoot outages and errors, and coordinate technical assistance with K8S and Rancher as needed.
Provide technical guidance for questions and issues that arise from both our internal team as well as our user community.
Provide critical support as secondary lead on DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the AdmitIT Implementation. The candidate will work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and support risk mitigation assessments.
The candidate is expected to provide hands-on support for managing configurations, assisting with installation troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.
The candidate is expected to provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM AdmitIT documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with AdmitIT mandates.
The candidate should understand and work with technologies like JAVA, Kubernetes, SpringBoot, Docker, AWS, ElasticSearch, GITLab CI/CD, micro services architecture, REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Linux, Node.js, PKI/TLS/SSL certificates.
Other duties include researching and analyzing cloud security environments, assisting with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages and documentation, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of the platform (Kubernetes), and outlining hardware and software considerations. Must be able to assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support.
Required:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Fifteen (15) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years of experience

Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.
Experience with developing program review materials
