Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team! 
Specifically, we're looking for someone to support requirements capture, architecture, design, development, and documentation of Authorization Services. Primary functions will include Java Development for tools that support Attributes and Authorization Decisions. These tools will involve integration with an LDAP directory, an ORACLE database, and an ELK stack.

Required:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
  • An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 9 years
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 1+ years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
• Experience developing software and systems in Java (J2EE)

• Experience with any of the following:
  • Cloudera
  • Kibana
  • ELK Stack
  • OViD
  • Oracle
  • NiFi
  • Radiant Logic
  • LDAP
  • PKI technologies (including RSA, SSL, and certificates for example)
  • Web services using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Familiarity with coding and documentation standards and best practices, and with source control systems (e.g. SVN/GIT)
• Experience with Tasking/Ticketing systems such as Redmine/Jira.
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on schedule, and with minimal supervision, when multiple projects are being developed simultaneously
