System Engineer III
Annapolis Junction, MDReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Sr. System Engineer to join our team!
Qualifications:
Specifically, we're looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
Tackles the majority of team leadership tasks and program deliverables outside of code base. Chairs scrum ceremonies, manages the backlog, authors recurring reports like monthly status report, ITAR updates, sprint retrospectives, etc. Handles in and out processing tasks, mentors junior team members, coordinates Coder vendor meetings, tracks feature requests, and more.

- Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
