Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Sr. System Administrator to join our team!

This position is for Sr. System Administration support for development and production environments for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Responsibilities include obtaining and configuring Virtual Machines (VMs), loading Operating systems and software, working with Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, performing security hardening, patching, and monitoring status. Position also will support ISSO and ISSEs in obtaining and maintaining security certification and accreditation. Apply knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology.  Independently read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

Required:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Admin in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years of experience
• This position has been designated as requiring CWIP certification and requires one of the following baseline certifications to qualify:
  • A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP

• Experience with:
  • Networking/Load Balancing
  • Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines (AWS/EC2)
  • Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Docker Podman Containers
  • Kubernetes Rancher
  • Scripting languages (e.g. Perl, bash, etc.)
  • OS and Software application patching (e.g. IAVA, Version updates)
  • Directory services experience (active directory and/or LDAP)
