System Administrator II
Annapolis Junction, MDReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team!
The individual should be well versed in the SSP Management process to include addressing and meeting milestones contained within respective POA&Ms to achieve ATO and/or StE/StN compliance. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the overall health and status of all systems to include patching and updates. A strong understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF)) and System Security Plan (SSP) Management is required.
The SA will be responsible for following:
1) Overall SSP Management (StE/StN, POA&M, ATO, RMF)
2) Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices Linux systems administration experience - must be comfortable with command line, troubleshooting
3) Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, Windows and Virtual (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
4) Health / Status Maintenance of SSP / Systems (Patching, Updates, etc.)

- Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
- Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- CWIP Level I required at start; Level II required within 6 months.
