Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator II to join our team! 

This position is for System Administration support for development and production environments for a mission critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) system. Responsibilities include working with a team configuring and deploying AWS ec2 instances, building AWS images, performing security hardening, patching, and platform monitoring. This position also will support ISSO and ISSEs in obtaining and maintaining security certification and accreditation. Apply knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, networking, architectures, functions, and terminology to ensure healthy system operations. Independently read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

Experience with:

• Networking/Load Balancing
• Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines (AWS/EC2)
• Linux and Windows operating systems
• Docker Containers
• Scripting languages (e.g. Perl, bash, etc.)
• OS and Software application patching (e.g. IAVA, Version updates)
• Directory services (active directory and/or LDAP)

Required Qualifications: 

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Ten (10) years of experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years' experience
• This position has been designated as requiring CWIP certification and requires one of the following baseline certifications to qualify: 
  • A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
    • 6 month grace period to obtain certification is in effect for those that don’t currently hold CWIP compliance
