Hardware Design Engineer III
Annapolis Junction, MDReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Design Engineer, Level 3, to join our team!
Description:
This position will focus on PCB design and layout; some reverse engineering, to include the analysis of integrated circuits for security, at both the macrocell/digital level, and the transistor/analog level. There is a push for FPGA and integrated circuit security analysis and recommendations/guidelines, so the customer may want some support in that area. Anyone with sufficient microelectronics experience at the FPGA or ASIC level would be appropriate for this position. That includes experience with ASIC design tools such as Cadence or Synopsis or FPGA design tools such as Altera Quartus or Xilinx Vivado. There are many types of circuits or products that use ASICs and FPGAs, so anything that involves the design of those devices would be desirable, especially if it involves security design or security analysis. Experience doing physical partitioning or analysis of the FPGA fabric would be desirable. It is important to note that there will not be ASIC design going on for the foreseeable future. Experience with ASIC design is desirable, but don't expect to be doing any NEW ASIC designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Eng.,
- 12 years of experience supporting contracts and programs similar in scope and complexity
- Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph
